Welcome to the middle years or as I like to call it the wisdom years. We are women between the ages of 36 and 66 and we are in great transition. This time in our lives is about renewing, revitalizing and re-dreaming. Most women I know enter into this time of their lives exhausted and burned out. Their dreams from youth have been drained out of them by the selfless caring for others.
