We are pleased to offer this wonderful high-quality resin incense, Breuzinho, also known as Breu Claro in Portuguese. It has a complex aroma; an earthy, dark scent that is very refreshing and good for power cleansing. Like all fragrant tree resins, it is important for ceremonial, spiritual, and medicinal purposes.

This resin is harvested by Indians in the Amazon Rainforest in a sustainable fashion. No trees are harmed in the process. Breu resin has been burned for centuries. It burns very well on charcoal. Also ideal for mixing with other incense. Burning herbs and resins (aromatic tree sap) is one of the oldest forms of incense. Long before there were sticks and cones, people would add fragrant botanicals to fire to create beautiful-smelling smoke to entice their deities or to please themselves.  It is believed this is one of the most powerful means of working with herbs to imbue a space, an object, or a person with holy qualities.
