A beautiful crystal grid, laser cut and engraved from 3-4mm thick Baltic Birch, then hand finished and stained. Measures 7 inches in diameter. This crystal grid board is dedicated to the Celtic goddess Brigid. She's a goddess of fire and the hearth, healing, poetry, childbirth, and smiths. Brigid's Cross of woven reeds is a common symbol of Imbolc, the festival marking the coming of spring. She was so well-loved that she was folded into the Catholic church by becoming St Bridget, and is one of Ireland's patron saints. Available unstained, or in an assortment of colored stains. Stained grids will be given a polyurethane finish for protection.
